Contact and property inquiries

Relax Costa Rica is Dominique Brousseau’s personal real estate website. Contact Dominique through the WhatsApp link or the contact details shown on the site if you have a question about information you share with her. WhatsApp, email and other external services handle messages under their own policies.

The free buyer guide

When you request the free guide, your name, email address, phone country and phone number are saved in the private website database after you agree to share them with Dominique. The form then provides an immediate PDF download. Dominique can view the request in her protected owner dashboard and respond about it. No marketing subscription is created. Email delivery is not currently connected.

If guide email delivery is activated, the form will explain that your details are sent to deliver the requested guide and to allow Dominique to follow up about your property search. The email service will process the request, and Dominique will receive a lead notification. No marketing subscription is created by this request.

Saved homes stay in your browser

When you choose Save home, property links stay locally in that browser on that device. Remove saved homes on the saved-homes page or clear this site's browser storage to remove the local list.

You can explicitly share a copy of your chosen homes and email with Dominique. Your name, phone and message are optional. The form requires agreement to contact about your property search and creates no marketing subscription. These enquiries are stored in the website's private database and are accessible only to authorised owner accounts.

Online shortlist sharing stores your enquiry in the private website database. WhatsApp sharing opens WhatsApp with the selected listing links. Email addresses are not verified by this shortlist form; entering an email never provides access to another person's saved homes. Cross-device access is not currently offered.

Owner sign-in uses a protected session cookie. Contact Dominique using the contact details on this website if you want to ask about, correct or request removal of information you have shared.

Hosting, images and technical requests

The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security services may process technical request information such as IP addresses, request paths and errors. RE/MAX supplies the property information and photographs displayed in the current collection. Requests for external resources may be handled by their providers.

This build does not include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics script. Local performance diagnostics do not send measurements to an analytics service. Any future analytics or advertising integration requires an updated notice and an appropriate consent review.

Links to other services

Choosing a WhatsApp, social-media, booking or brokerage link opens another service. Read that service’s own privacy information before submitting personal information. Its practices are not controlled by this website.

Questions, corrections and review

Ask Dominique about information you have sent her, including corrections or requests concerning that information. The owner must confirm applicable retention practices, responsibilities and rights before public launch. This draft does not invent a retention period or a legal compliance certification.
