Relax Costa Rica is Dominique Brousseau’s personal real estate website. Contact Dominique through the WhatsApp link or the contact details shown on the site if you have a question about information you share with her. WhatsApp, email and other external services handle messages under their own policies.

The free buyer guide

When you request the free guide, your submitted details are stored privately for Dominique and Resend delivers the guide email. Dominique may receive an enquiry notification. This request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Email delivery providers and the private lead-management systems process the details needed to respond to your enquiry.

Saved homes stay in your browser

When you choose Save home, property links stay locally in that browser on that device. Remove saved homes on the saved-homes page or clear this site's browser storage to remove the local list.

You can explicitly share a copy of your chosen homes and email with Dominique. Your name, phone and message are optional. The form requires agreement to contact about your property search and creates no marketing subscription. These enquiries are stored in the website's private database and are accessible only to authorised owner accounts.

Online shortlist sharing stores your enquiry in the private website database. WhatsApp sharing opens WhatsApp with the selected listing links. Email addresses are not verified by this shortlist form; entering an email never provides access to another person's saved homes. Cross-device access is not currently offered.

Owner sign-in uses a protected session cookie. Contact Dominique using the contact details on this website if you want to ask about, correct or request removal of information you have shared.

Hosting, images and technical requests

The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security services may process technical request information such as IP addresses, request paths and errors. RE/MAX supplies the property information and photographs displayed in the current collection. Requests for external resources may be handled by their providers.

Google Analytics (G-Y1Q441CJ4P) loads only after you accept optional analytics. It measures public page visits and selected button clicks. We omit URL query strings and fragments, do not send form answers or contact details as event parameters, and exclude private account and intake pages. Google may process technical information such as IP addresses and set analytics cookies. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days; change it using Analytics settings in the footer. Declining does not prevent you using the website.

Links to other services

Choosing a WhatsApp, social-media, booking or brokerage link opens another service. Read that service’s own privacy information before submitting personal information. Its practices are not controlled by this website.

Questions, corrections and review

Ask Dominique about information you have sent her, including corrections or requests concerning that information. The owner must confirm applicable retention practices, responsibilities and rights before public launch. This draft does not invent a retention period or a legal compliance certification.
